HOW DO I RESERVE A DATE?
Fill out the Rental Form with the details of your rental and any questions you may have. We'll reach out to you to confirm our availability and any additional info needed. We'll then send an invoice which you can pay online. 

IS THERE A RENTAL DEPOSIT?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The rest of your payment is due at least two weeks before your rental. If you're booking within two weeks of your date, full payment is required. You may also choose to pay in full at the time of booking.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR/NOT WEAR?
To roll around in a Giant Hamster Ball you must wear socks (no shoes) and remove all sharp objects and jewelry.

IS THERE A SIZE OR AGE REQUIREMENT TO PLAY?
Yes, all players should be 4'6" or taller and weigh less than 300 lbs in order to participate in Giant Hamster Balls. There are no age restrictions, however, we generally recommend players be 8 or older. 

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY WITH THE HAMSTER BALLS?
We allow an unlimited number of players. One Hamster Ball can comfortably entertain up to 10 people per hour. Two Hamster Balls can comfortably entertain 20 people an hour. It takes just a few seconds to get in and out of the Hamster Ball, so swapping out players is a breeze. We've worked with groups of over 500. 

ARE GIANT HAMSTER BALLS SAFE?
Absolutely! There's a soft cushion of air between you and everything else and our coordinators will keep an eye on you the whole time.
